Added acutal dev:tauri script for turborepo #32

The previous PR didn't actually implement the dev:tauri script for Turborepo to run yarn tauri dev in the /nextjs folder when executing yarn desktop from the root folder.

As a note yarn tauri dev already builds & exports the Next project before building the Tauri app.
