Team chose [type.DocTypo]. Originally [type.FunctionalityBug].

Reason for disagreement: The command set 2 c/28 is an example usage given in the user guide.

The format is also wrong. Hence users cannot use this feature as they cannot figure out the exact command. In other words, this is not a type.DocTypo.

Following the command format given, it does not work as specified. Therefore, I maintain my stance that the type label should be type.FunctionalityBug.
