打开软件软件错误信息： Start Mixed(http+socks) server error: listen tcp 127.0.0.1:7890: bind: An attempt was made to access a socket in a way forbidden by its access permissions.

我尝试更换过更换端口管理员启动都不行，删除所有配置文件也不行
