[BUG]弹幕加载问题 #5

版本Emby Web 4.8.0.78 CustomCssJS与油猴加载均出现该问题 视频开始播放时，并不能自动加载弹幕，也并未匹配弹幕 暂停再继续播放，弹幕正常匹配，自动加载

部署了一个相近似的版本，4.8.0.56，没复现出来，这里猜测可能有两种可能，

1.尝试使用下新版脚本1.32，暂停再继续播放，弹幕正常匹配，自动加载这个措施在好几个版本之前有，但是会导致关闭了弹幕又自动加载出来了，所以这个已经去掉了，目前的版本，暂停再继续播放，是不会进行任何网络请求的

2.因为调用弹弹play的接口使用了CF(Cloudflare)_Worker的跨域网络代理，不确定是否是最近部分区域Cloudflare访问不佳的问题，浏览器控制台-网络选项卡中的这两个接口都是200状态码就是正常的了
