I don't like this name "foxy" ?? #1

And I think it should be an RPC framework, not only for Server but client. And does it will support other programming language not only C++ ?

Can you offer me a better name? It's a framework include rpc client/server, monitoring, diagnose... The initial version will support C++ only, Java/python version will be added in the second stage.

Well, poppy is a plant of drugs, morphine is extract from poppy. How about morphine ?
