xot stream will not play

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. start xot
2. select a program
3. try to watch program

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I can select a program but it will not play, I also do not see the
"thinking" icon of the xbox (so no progress)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
latest version from baspieter website (3.xxx)

Please provide any additional information below.
removed old version first (use latest bigfoot xbmc)

Did you update all the channels (via de auto update feature)?

If so, and the problem still occurs, attach a logfile (uzg.log).

I was not aware of this feature, tried it and...it worked! thank you.
But I still notice the problem that the lip sync is out of sync when I play a 
program, I tried the sound directly from my TV but also directly from the xbox 
optical output.

hope this can be fixed

Sound sync problems are caused by the streams. Not the script or XBMC. You can
correct for them from the video playback "sound" menu. There you can set a 
delay.
