Provide the ability to resize a group of selected objects #111

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Select a group of objects
2. You can move them around with the mouse or keyboard
3. You can't resize the whole group as one object (but it does not need to
be a real "group" of objects, see issue

There is one problem remaining:  if you try to resize a rotated group, the 
group gets
shifted.
