1) Move the selected element around on the canvas using the arrow keys.

2) Bind +/- to the Move to Top/Bottom keys?

Note that recent changes have created further bugs for MacBook Pro users:

- no key for pageup/pagedown (this is accomplished by cmd+up and cmd+down)
- delete key is actually backspace

We need solutions for the MacBook Pro as part of this bug
