Add context tools for Text #30

Following context tools are needed for text elements:

1) Bold, Italic, Underline

2) These could be done as push-buttons (my preference) or simple checkboxes
with labels.

Pavol, care to do the artwork? :)

However, something just occurred to me - Firefox doesn't support Underline or
StrikeThrough in SVG yet, so we should probably just limit this issue to doing 
Bold
and Italic (could do Underline manually, but that's an unacceptable pain)
