Current GUI of svg-edit main branch has drop down menu of opacity and fill,
How about having vertical sliders to smooth operation.

I'm not sure there would be enough room for three vertical sliders in the 
toolbar. 
It would be great if you had a mockup of how this might look...

Permanent vertical slides are not needed, onmousedown/click vertical slider will
appear and after selection they can go away.

Ah, this makes sense to me.

I still think a spinner is needed for rect radius and stroke-width, but I like 
the
idea of a slider for opacity.

I'm going to close this since the opacity slider has been incorporated into the 
color
picker.
