Flyout menus should have tiny little arrows in the corner of the button #69

The rect and ellipse flyout menus should have a little tiny triangle in a
corner of the button. This little arrow should point to the right and be
an overlay on top of the main button for the flyout.

Hi Christian,

This looks really nice. When we do the makeover to the restyled buttons
(rasterized
to PNG), I'd like to use something like this.

However, for now, I'm thinking of literally just a few pixels in a PNG that can
be
overlayed. Maybe you can try rasterizing yours to PNG and see if it would fit
in the
square button? http://svg-edit.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/editor/images/square.png

r418 has my first attempt at this. I'm going to leave the issue open because:

1) there's now a 2-pixel gap underneath the rect and ellipse tools in the
toolbar
2) the arrow graphic sucks
