Merge Copy/Paste into one button: Clone #78

Since you only ever copy elements to paste them, it seems like a useless
step.  Instead, make Copy/Paste into one button called Clone that is
available when element(s) are selected.  Once clicked, the selected
element(s) are copied, offset and selected.
