Pasting/Cloning causes selectors to become hidden #79

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Draw a filled ellipse
2. Copy and paste it several times
3. Select the first ellipse

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect the selector boxes and grips to be 'on top' but they are behind
the cloned elements.
