Source Editor needs Cancel/Save buttons #81

Currently the Edit Source mode requires Escape to be pressed to save the
changes made to the source.  Save/Cancel buttons needed to be added to the
editor and the keystrokes re-mapped.

Fixed in r401.

In addition to adding the buttons and remapping the keystrokes (I believe I did 
that
correctly), I've also made sure the appropriate confirmation dialog boxes 
appear.
Also, clicking the overlay now triggers the cancel event.

The buttons should probably get some additional styling, but at least the
functionality is now there.
