Prepare screencast (with audio) of SVG-edit 2.3 features #97

We should prepare a screencast of how to use SVG-edit for the 2.3 release.
 Things I'd like to highlight:

Previous Features that we can touch on (5 mins):

1) Ability to create simple rect/ellipse (with move/resize)
2) Stroke/Fill boxes, palette 
3) Talk about File-like menu (New, Save, Undo)
4) Talk about contextual panel (delete objects, move to top/bottom, change
properties of shape)

New Features in 2.3 (5 mins):

5) Smaller features: Clone object, Align objects, Rotate objects
6) Show how to set the gradient fill on an object
7) Draw a polygon, show how to move its points around
8) Show how to edit source

The screencast should be posted on YouTube and linked to in the GoogleCode
main page of this site.

Can anyone recommend good (and free) screencasting software for OSX that
can take a screencast of a window and record audio?

Btw. blip.tv allows (even unregistered) users to download the original video 
(before 
recompression). I'm not against multiple uploads (youtube, vimeo and blip.tv)

I've started looking at Jing (which is free).  Videos are limited to 5 minutes, 
but I
think that's about right for a quick screencast.  I'd like to make two videos 
then:

- first video for SVG-edit 2.2 base features
- second video to introduce SVG-edit 2.3 new features
