Not able to display values in Doughnut Chart

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I am trying to setdisplay values but not getting set on the Doughnut chart

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Should display values on Doughnut chart if set to true

Please provide a source code snippet that we can use to replicate the
issue.

What version of the product binary library are you using?
renderer.setDisplayValues(true);

Please provide any additional information below.
