Last insert row ID not exposed in Go interface #13

Unless I'm missing something (quite possible) there appears to be no facility 
for retrieving the ID of a newly inserted row. This functionality is provided 
in Sqlite3, just not exposed in gosqlite.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
* Revision a88eb4732139 (Arch Linux)
