VIVO-1304: Theme info setup warning on initial startup makes no sense #1193

The 'vitro' theme IS in the themes/vitro directory. The code is apparently looking for the wrong directory.

The issue occurs whether you are trying to start up with the default theme or a custom theme. In the latter case, you have to go into Site Admin and set the theme once the site has started up.
