Mike Conlon (Migrated from VIVO-1540) said:

VIVO should move toward AA level compliance with W3C Guidelines available here:  [https://www.w3.org/WAI/standards-guidelines/wcag/]

This might start with a review of the presentation layer by accessibility experts, followed by identification fo remediation tasks, prioritizing and staffing the tasks.

Whatever presentation layers we provide as part of the released product.  1.10 has two themes wilma (default) and tenderfoot (beta).  Our default theme should move toward accessibility.
