This task is to review the .ftl files found in the fr_CA i18n set as a guide for refactoring both the .ftl and associated properties so that they are more general, and applicable to all languages. This will likely involve making the properties less granular.
There may be a follow-on task of converting the properties into RDF/ontology files.
