VIVO-1971: Home page could not be renamed unless content type is chosen. #1854

How to reproduce:

Log in
Go to Site Admin -> Page management -> Edit home page
Rename page title
Try to save it.

Workaround:

Select content type: fixed html
Add anything to variable name and fixed html.
Click Save this content.
Save.

Page name will be changed. Any content type configuration will be discarded.

The content and content type configuration are actually saved, just never used. If you decide to edit your home page again and need to create another fixed html value, it doesn't even overwrite the first fixed html value you created, it's added anew.

Definitely odd behavior.
