VIVO-1813: i18n: 'Failed to parse query' error on Service > add 'outreach and community service activities' #1705

Route: Organizations > [Chemistry] > Profile page > Service tab > Add 'outreach and community service activities' Organisations > [Chimie] > Profile page > Services tab > Ajouter 'Mobilisation des connaissances'

When submitting the form with an empty field, the warning is in english.

In both english and french versions when trying to add a 'outreach and community service activities' under the Service tab, one gets the following error:
