VIVO-1828: i18n : java.lang.NullPointerException in "Add publication form"

• In the French version of "Add publication", the form doesn't react properly when a publication type is selected.
  • If a new publication is added, no bug is perceptible (although the proper fields could not be filled)
  • If an existing publication is added (autocomplete works, though without displaying the publication type between parenthesis, as it should), then we have a java.lang.NullPointerException bug. See stack trace attached.
  • The English version of the form seems to react correctly, including the autocomplete (with publication type), but if we try to add an existing publication, we run into the very same error (and same stack trace).

I just recompiled with the freshest code, and the null-pointer issue has indeed been adressed. Data can be posted and then edited in both languages, although many fields coming from the French, non-responsive form, won't filled. I'll have a look a the responsivity issue.
