VIVO-1835: i18n : typos, consistency fix in French version of PubMedID claim form

In the French version of PubMedID claim form (reachable through an individual's profile admin view) :

• "NLes" should read "Les"
• "un saut de ligne" should read "des sauts de ligne"

The usual suspect is vivo_all_fr_CA.properties, lines 879 and 880
