VIVO-1872: Add download option to SPARQL Query page #1763

Very large SPARQL query result sets cause my browser to hang. To avoid this, add a download option to the query page. This will force a file to download rather than displaying the results in the browser. 

Note that results may or may not be displayed in the browser window depending on if your browser supports the specific mime type. For example, turtle is displayed in my browser but RDF/XML is downloaded.
