VIVO-1903: Vitro-installer missing parent in pom.xml #1793

This task is ensure that the Vitro/installer/pom.xml includes a reference to its parent pom.xml.

This issue can be reproduced by removing all files/directories from your local ~/.m2/repository/org/vivoweb/ directory, followed by a standard VIVO build (mvn clean install -s your-settings.xml)
