This task is to add documentation to the wiki that details the process for upgrading an existing installation to use the new i18n functionality. The documentation should either be added to the existing page (https://wiki.lyrasis.org/display/VIVODOC112x/Internationalization), making edits to the existing text as appropriate; or added as its own child page.
In the process of creating this documentation, care should be paid to recognizing any data conversions or triplestore purging that appears to be required.
