This bug can be seen when i18n is enabled and an RDF file contains triples including langTags only for the base language (ie. "en" or "de").

This issue can be reproduced by building and deploying the sprint-i18n branches, configured with a runtime.properties enabling Spanish, English and German:

languages.selectableLocales = en_US, es, de_DE

Toggling between all three languages, view the "about" page: http://localhost:8080/vivo/about

Spanish and German render correctly; however, English shows the German text.
