VIVO-1978: Organization temporal graph is just a blank page

• Load sample-data.ttl (attached).
  • Navigate to [http://localhost:8080/vivo/vis/publication-graph/university2680989] (or search for "sample unversity"). 
  • Click on temporal graph.
  • Blank page.

Seems to hold true for all organizations.
