"cites" and "cited by" are actually bibo properties, not faux properties. In the Climate Change site, both properties had their Range classes changed to Information Content Entity and "cites" had its domain class changed to that as well. Should I make these same changes in the VIVO core code?

Changed fix version to post-1.8. Will add new VIVO ontology properties with Info Content Entity as the range and domain. Since this would require a data migration, the issue cannot be addressed in 1.8.
