VIVO-1702: Login form hidden #121

This appears to be due to a confluence of:

the form is hidden by default (https://github.com/vivo-project/Vitro/blob/bd6140a8cccc97726700f5a37541888c3b5fef41/webapp/src/main/webapp/templates/freemarker/widgets/widget-login.ftl#L31)
widget-login.ftl loads loginUtils.js asynchronously
loginUtils.js removes the hidden class within a $(document).ready function

I assume the document.ready event is triggered before loginUtils.js is loaded in my case. So the login form stays hidden.
