VIVO-1675: Incorrect counts in Publications Chart #134

If a publication has been asserted multiple publication types - such that there are multiple "mostSpecificType" inferences - then the publication will be counted multiple times in the publication chart (as seen in Tenderfoot).

 

Need to ensure that the publication is only ever counted once, with a configurable priority to which type the publication is counted as.
