VIVO-1658: Preparing for Production regarding About Page and the Support Link

Similarly, the Support link delivered with VIVO must be changed by the site prior to production to provide a good user experience.  Documentation (perhaps the same page mentioned above) should instruct sites about changing the Support link.

The related issues described software changes that can/should be made to simplify the process.

This ticket (1658) is only about documenting what we currently have.

Also, it may be helpful to include an image (the one attached to this ticket, or something cleaner) to orient the reader to where the "about" and "support" pages are found in the application.
