The TPF server delivered with VIVO 1.10.0 does not respect the link data publication settings for entities. This means that data that was marked as "do not publish" IS published by TPF.
This is a security issue.
Until resolved, sites relying on linked data publication settings to prevent publication of linked data values should turn off TPF.
