The AGROVOC service is currently hard-coded to retrieve concept labels only in English. This should be improved so that labels corresponding to enabled locales are also retrieved if available.
Ideally, if a new language is enabled in runtime.properties, a background process should also attempt to retrieve and store additional label triples for any existing AGROVOC concepts already in the triple store.
