This task is to add documentation to the wiki that details the process for adding a new language to VIVO. This will involve making updates to VIVO-languages and Vitro-languages. The documentation can simply reference the [yet to be produced] documentation that explains "how to install existing languages". https://jira.lyrasis.org/browse/VIVO-1763
The documentation should either be added to the existing page ([https://wiki.lyrasis.org/display/VIVODOC112x/Internationalization]), making edits to the existing text as appropriate; or added as its own child page.
