Pull Request Summary

Changes:

Detailed Description of Changes: This Pull Request is created with the intention of adding support for the Korean language to the TaskMatrix project. The changes include the following:

  1. Added code in visual_chatgpt.py to handle Korean input.
  2. Provided prompts in Korean.
  3. Implemented a translation feature to allow model read Korean to English.
