Question:extracted 30% from X_train as the verification set #1

Hello, thank you very much for releasing the source code. When I was interpreting the program, I saw that the annotation in the main program file was extracted 30% from X_train as the verification set. Did I see that this part of work was not implemented in the subsequent code? Did I not see this part of the work or did you not implement in the code? Looking forword to your answer, thank you again!

Oh! It was my plan, but i have not achieved it. The source code didn't give the detail, so it is just my own idea

Is this source code experimental code of literature[1]? The source is trained for 20 epochs, What is the relationship between “final loss” and “train_losses”, Looking forward for your answer, thank you again.
