缺少config，无法运行程序 #43

在error.log日志中显示：
13-07-19 10:02:33 [ERROR] 
com.chenfei.android.apk.downloader.config.ConfigUtils<loadConfig>>(?) - Config 
file is not exist.

程序无法启动
