Test run lbl models #12

This is a big overhaul. Various codes and models need to be merged. Here is an incomplete list:

  1. The previous public version of athena-harp is located at https://github.com/luminoctum/athena-harp (not merged)
  2. The harp2-dev version is located at https://github.com/luminoctum/harp2-dev (mostly merged)
  3. On Wukong, there is a folder located at /home/cli/harp_lbl. This should be the precursor of athena-harp (merged)
  4. cktable.py is located at stormy's home directory (not merged)
  5. The harp paper archive is located at Wukong, /home/cli/20.JupiterCooling (not merged)
  6. An athena-version of HARP is located at Wukong, /home/cli/athena-private-radiation (not merged)
  7. Some Mid-IR opacity is located at Wukong, /home/cli/RadiationOpacity/ (not merged)
