Added the following functionalities to the workhorse Combined_Topics_TM function:

better verbose output
plotting of topic-specific thresholds
an option to integrate the global TM in a memory-intensive or runtime-intensive fashion
saving topic-specific TMs

Merging the pull request.

There are a few changes I will make before the next release.

Moved the plotting done inside the updated Combined_Topics_Transitions to embed_pl.py.
Incorporate examples on how to plot thresholds plots in the tutorial.
