Unclear `NAME` constraints in UG #3

In the UG, it is written that "Auto-capitalization will be handled" for the NAME parameter. However, it is not clear what this means as students with names in all capitals and all lowercases can be added successfully.

The screenshot below shows a contact with all capitals and a contact with all lowercases in their name.
