However, according to the course official site: https://nus-cs2103-ay2324s2.github.io/website/admin/tp-pe.html#pe-phase-2-developer-response, we do not believe that this is considered a bug for the following reasons:

1. In real life, it is unreasonable for a tutor to enter such long remarks, such input is considered as an intentional sabotage.
2. If such input is entered by mistake, it does not crash the app, corrupt the data, or make the app unusable.
