CreationDate of PDF wrong for october #336

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create File in October
2. /CreationDate is wrong
3.

Line 5238 in PDF.as:

A preceding 0 is added for all months < 10
but later month is incremented by one.
So we get 010 for october.
