Providing HPC support #4

Hi,

One of our users asked your software to be installed. While we do not fall back on anaconda, we would like to provide support for the easybuild community.

Yet, there is no release and one thing really puzzles me: The setup-script names the software dna2vec, whilst the project page states it is named DeepMicrobeFinder. Could you elaborate or fix this?

Also, which of the additional files - models, batch scripts, etc. display a requirement and which serve as an example?

perhaps I should clarify: My last question on the files refers to the need to sort this out in the easybuild build framework.
