Update code to use full Norris table #221

Currently, the import pipeline uses a stripped-down version of Table 6 from Norris et al. (2006). This lead to a bug where the location of the radio objects was imported instead of the location of the host. The pipeline should be updated to use the original Table 6 file, which can be obtained here.

Will close this once I've confirmed my fix actually works.
