NetFlix Integration #95

This may be out of scope, but it would be pretty neat to be able to "Add to
NetFlix Queue" from the DVD/Blu-Ray or movie screens. Even better would be
basic queue management, but I wouldn't want to clutter the application too
much - I can always manage the queue elsewhere.

Good Idea... Would be great if there's a choice between netflix and 
blockbuster.. :)

Working on it now.  See the code in trunk under Caches/Netflix.

I, too would like to see Blockbuster support as an option in this application. 
Netflix is all well and good, being the 
more popular of the two, but I got in on the ground floor with Blockbuster and 
grandfathered in to an awesome 
plan. I'd love to have an app to manage my queue, as well.

Please open a separate bug on blockbuster integration. This bug is or netflix 
work.
