Enable HAS_CFG80211_SUPPORT=y to support 802.11.
resolve LINUX_VERSION_CODE >= KERNEL_VERSION(4,0,0) dependencies in cfg80211.c
Set WIPHY_FLAG_NETNS_OK in struct wiphy->flags to enable set_wiphy_netns command to support network namespace
