Help command not listed in UG. #9

Since the help command is not listed anywhere in UG, there is no way the user will know such a command exists.

I was lucky that the help command is exactly what it is, I typed it in without knowing if it exists and turns out it does.

Especially important since the user is unable to see the full command in the UG due to the previous reported bug.

For this, I am going to label it as medium severity.
