PhoneGap and other native-like stuff! Maybe something about device APIs? 
Perhaps polyfills for these:

I'm not sure if I've misunderstood what these issues mean, but I've written 
part 1 and 2 of 3 of a blog series on creating a web-less webapp. The content 
is mainly aimed at getting the appcache to work within apps on mobile 
platforms, but does cover a few other things e.g. Phonegap. I'd be happy to 
release the content under a CC license for inclusion on this site -
